Major Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson – Founder of National Allied Publications (DC Comics) was a distinguished military officer. He was also a visionary and inventor. The Major, as he was known, was also a prolific writer of adventure stories and comic scripts. He is best remembered as the man who published the first all-original Comic Book.
